How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
- Pack your item securely and ship it back to us
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Inspection: 3-5 business days
- Approval & Processing: 1-2 business days
- Refund to Original Payment Method: 5-10 business days
Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive your return to see the refund reflected in your account.
Shipping & Return Costs
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. Simply use the label we provide, and there is no cost to you. If you choose to use your own shipping method, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned after 30 days
